The Weather Warehouse provides two great ways to get past weather information: The Weather Explorer^tm, great for viewing and printing the weather for specific locations and times, and Weather Station Spreadsheets which are intended for longer term analysis of weather at a site.

Weather Station Spreadsheets

These spreadsheets are provided on a per weather station basis and priced in accordance with how long a history you select.

The minimum length is up to one month and maximum is limited by how long a selected weather station has been recording weather.

To help you select the best weather stations for your needs we provide a helpful Weather Station Finder Tool that allows you to explore a station's strengths and weaknesses to ensure that you select a weather station that is suitable for your needs.

All weather stations have unique characteristics that can impact how useful they are for your needs. For example, there are some weather stations that only report temperature. If you're looking for temperature observations, such a station would be perfect. However if you're looking for precipitation, a temperature only station would be useless. By taking advantage of the information provided by the Weather Station Finder Tool you can select the weather station that best fits your needs.

Weather Explorer^tm

Whereas the Weather Station Spreadsheets are intended to provide a deep history for a specific location, The Weather Explorer is designed to provide you with comprehensive weather information for a location at point in time.

As such, the Weather Explorer is the perfect tool for investigating and documenting the weather conditions related to specific events such as flooding, snowfall, or the occurrence of weather that could have caused hazardous driving conditions.

With the Weather Explorer, you can easily navigate to any location within the US and to any date within the past 100 years and access all the weather observations for that location and time. You are provided with a rich set of hourly and daily weather observations from all available nearby weather stations. You can choose to view the weather information in either 3 or 7 day time-fames and use the convenient calendar tool to step forward and backward in time. Another great feature is the convenience of creating custom printed reports of the weather observations relevant to your needs.
